Anonymous asked: What does success mean to you
In my opinion, success doesn’t have anything to do with the number of medals you have, trophies you won, titles you gained, or even the amount of money you made.
To me, success is being proud of who you are and what you do, but never content with it. Success is always striving to do more, aiming to make a difference, and bettering yourself, along with the lives of others on the way.
Success is getting a sense of fulfillment from whatever you choose to pursue. It doesn’t always have to be the most glamorous of achievements, just knowing that you worked hard for something and can find happiness in that.
It’s definitely subjective and that’s what makes everyone’s opinion unique, but I think that almost everyone has felt successful at some point in their life, whether that means passing a difficult class at school, saving up money for something, overcoming an illness/injury, or just living life to the fullest every single day.
"Success is more permanent when you achieve it without destroying your principles."
